Head chef Angelica Udeküll makes sure that the a la carte restaurant Wicca has a menu which values local fresh fish, free range beef and poultry, as well as Estonian fruits and vegetables. Added to this are special ingredients found in the surrounding forests, which lend the dishes an air of mystery and zing.

The menu of Wicca includes dishes as diverse as nettle ravioli with spinach stuffing and duck breast in spruce needle marinade. Almost all of our dishes are served with a garnish of simple Estonian flowers.
