Virtual reality tour ‘VR Tartu 1913’

Vabaduse puiestee-3, Tartu linn, Tartu

BOOK View on map

Discover Tartu as it looked a century ago: the beautiful Kivisild Bridge with barges, Hotel Bellevue, and Illusion, the first cinema in Estonia, at the beginning of Raatuse Street. Instead of the current Atlantis building, there was a hay market with cobblestone roads that were filled with horse-drawn carriages at all times. Nearby was a magnificent example of Art Nouveau architecture – the guesthouse Jakor and many other buildings that were destroyed in World War II.

Take a trip to Tartu in 1913 through virtual reality (VR Tartu 1913), which gives you the opportunity to go more than a century back in time.

Audio in Estonian, English, German, Russian, Finnish, French, Latvian, and Lithuanian.
