During this two-day workshop, we will answer the question of why leavened cereal products are good as well as go through all the steps of bread making process. We will start with leaven, how to grow, feed and store it. We will talk about which flour and tools to choose, and the main mistakes to avoid. We will teach you the best ways to decorate and show you the tools to do it. And of course, we will reward ourselves with fresh and warm sourdough bread! Additionally, we will talk about what else can be made from leaven.
The workshop is for 10-12 people.

Food and drinks
When entering Haapsalu from Tallinn, drive to the traffic lights in the city centre. Cross the intersection, take the first exit from the first roundabout and drive onto Kalda street. At the end of Kalda street, turn left onto Lahe street. Continue on Lahe street for approx. 200 m until you see a two-storey light grey house on the left. Drive past the house and immediately turn left at the cul-de-sac into the Hotel's car park. If the gate is closed, call the number on the gate and it will be opened for you.
