We make pizzas from organic ingredients and our own passion, heart, and soul. Chef Andrei Lesment has worked in the best restaurants recognised with the Michelin star and AA Rosette awards.
The dough is made from Caputo flour and has risen for 30 hours in hand-made wooden dishes. When the airy and tasty pizza base is ready, we flavour it with the best San Marzano tomato sauce, Italian Mozzarella, and extra virgin olive oil, and place it in the legendary Stefano Ferrara wood-fired brick oven.
