The Campaign, Estonian Mythology Test (the Campaign) is a promotional game that runs between 4 August 2016 – 4 November 2016, and is organised by Enterprise Estonia (the Organiser).
The Campaign procedures have been determined by the Organiser of the Campaign under the following conditions: All decisions of the Organiser in carrying out the Campaign are final and compulsory for all participants. All disputes arising from the Campaign are to be resolved under the valid legislation of the Republic of Estonia.
The Campaign is open to all natural persons residing in and outside of Estonia.
Employees of the Organiser and/or of its procurement partners are not eligible to take part in the Campaign.
The Campaign prize is a tourist class air ticket to the winner, and one companion, from their nearest airport, to Tallinn and back. As well as a choice of up to three seasonally available activities, accommodation in a hotel selected by the Organiser (up to two nights), and meals according to the programme. The winner may extend their stay in Estonia at their own expense.
The winner must be at least 18 years of age. If the Campaign winner is younger than 18 years of age, they must be accompanied to Estonia by their parent.
The Campaign winner must travel within 12 months of the announcement of the results.
One winner of the Campaign prize will be selected by means of a draw, the second winner will be selected on the basis of the best social media visibility (number and involvement of Instagram followers).
If the drawn winner is an Estonian resident, a new draw will be conducted until a foreign resident wins. If an Estonian resident won the first draw, they will be offered one seasonal activity of their choice in Estonia, and one night’s accommodation at the choice of the Organiser.
The Organiser has the right to photograph and film the trip of the prize winner to Estonia. All rights of these photos and film footage belong to the Organiser. The prize winner and their companion will give their consent for their images to be used on photos and on film, incl. for advertising purposes and for the Organiser to display these as a whole or in parts, depending on the objectives of the Organiser.
Participants of the Campaign cannot apply for compensation from the Organiser for the expenses incurred while taking part in the Campaign.
The winner of the Campaign prize will be announced in November on the visitestonia Facebook page.
The Campaign prize winners as well as the participants will be contacted by e-mail within five (5) days of the announcement of the winner.
All of the information given by the participants will remain confidential, and the Organiser will not publish it without the consent of the participant, nor share it with third parties. By consent of the participant, the Organiser may use the information itself or share it with third parties for specific marketing activities, market research, analysis, or other related purposes. The participant has the right to remove their information from the data base of the Organiser.
The Organiser has the right to change the Campaign rules, incl. the prizes, announcing it on the same web page as the Campaign rules.
If a Campaign participant has ignored the rules of the Campaign or given false or incorrect information, as well as in the case of other failures not attributable to the Organiser of the Campaign, the Organiser will not be held responsible for not organising the draw or awarding the prizes. The Organiser of the Campaign has a unilateral right to interrupt the Campaign and stop awarding the prizes if the rules have been violated or in other unforeseen circumstances (force majeure), by a public announcement on the Campaign web page.
Claims and questions about the organisation and/or operation of the Campaign must be sent by e-mail to the address firstname.lastname@example.org within seven (7) days of the announcement of the results.
The Organiser of the Campaign will review claims within 7 days from their date of receipt, and will announce their decision to the submitter of the claim by the e-mail provided in the claim.
