Estonian Agricultural Museum’s Chef School blood sausage workshop
At the Cooking School of the Estonian Agricultural Museum, you can learn the tips and tricks of making blood sausage.
It is obvious that a blood sausage bought from a store and one made at home with care and dedication cannot be compared. Therefore, our chef school invites everyone to the workshop who is interested in acquiring the wisdom of making blood sausage or improving their knowledge.
The sausage can be tasted on site and taken home.
In the chef school of the Agricultural Museum, you can also learn how to make bread, jam rolls, gingerbread dough and glaze, and much more.
